Production Planning Controller

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Planning & Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes within the textile industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Time & Action (TNA) Calendar Management: Develop, maintain, and update the TNA Calendar to ensure all production timelines are met.
• Process Planning: Strategically plan the entire production workflow, coordinating various elements to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Collaborative Follow-ups: Actively engage with production teams and merchants, facilitating timely follow-ups to resolve issues and maintain progress.
• Reporting: Create and maintain detailed reports on production processes, providing insights and data to inform decision-making.
• Daily Production Monitoring: Generate and review daily production reports, tracking performance against goals and identifying areas for improvement.
• Raw Material Oversight: Manage the procurement and allocation of raw materials, ensuring that production schedules are not disrupted.
• Store Management: Oversee the operations of the entire store, ensuring organization and efficiency in inventory management.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC) specifically within the textile sector.

Education: Bachelors degree in textiles or a related field is required.

Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in report generation and process optimization.
