Market Development Engineer - Field Marketing & Technical Service

We require Marketing development Engineers (MDE) / Senior Marketing Development Engineers (Sr.MDE)

Education: Diploma/BE/B TECH in Civil or Any Degree

Experience: 1-5 years in Field Marketing and Technical Service, Demand generation from Cements/Paints/Other Building Materials

Salary range:

MDE: 21,000-30,000 CTC PM

Sr MDE: 31,000-40,000 CTC PM

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Daily visits to Residential/Commercial and institutional project sites on target basis
• Visit the sites for conversion/stage wise supervision before requirement finalization and Concrete casting
• Support Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Conducting promotional activities/Technical meetings for the Influencers on potential and requirement basis
• Coordinating the site leads with concern sales team up to call closing
