• We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized female personal assistant/secretary to perform personalized administrative duties
• In this position you should feel comfortable managing the needs of your boss
• Managing meetings and day to day lifestyle
• Candidate must maintain a well-groomed personal appearance and be bold and adventurous

• Roles and Responsibilities: -
  
• Act as a hostess for the Boss and look after his comfort.
• Manage his calendar and resource his requirements
  
• Respond well to deadlines and work outside of normal hours
  
• Domestic and international travels are part of the job
  
• Should be willing to help CEO with personal tasks
  
• Multi-year or long term engagement.

• Prior experience as Executive Assistance would be advantageous.
  
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  
• Must be open-minded, independent, punctual, bold and positive thinker
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be advantageous
  
• Must have a valid driving license and passport
