Role & responsibilities Leading the creation and execution of the cross-functional technical project plan • User needs development; spends time with customers/end-users and constantly invests in an understanding customer environment. • Providing work definition and direction to the assigned cross-functional Core Team Members. • Drives product design and development demonstrating technical leadership and manages all documentation according to the company QMS process. • Initiates and drives innovative concepts during product development ensuring technical leadership of the organization in the domain • Conducting commercial, design, and business project reviews; makes Management aware of, and proposes solutions to, unanticipated or potential issues/concerns as soon as they are known. • Completion of accurate and timely reporting, resource allocation, and dashboard updates. • Contributes to the continuous improvement in the organizations ability to execute programs and projects from initiation through launch. • Ensure that associates apply good engineering practices in the course of the project ensuring quality deliverables • Maintains engineering lab and proposes improvements based on observations • Continuously evaluates team members technical performance, gives feedbacks and implements improvement measures • Ensures compliance with AWAKs quality policies, procedures, and practices • To perform other tasks or chores assigned by the supervisor from time to time
