Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tele calling Sales and Support Executive with at least 1 year of tele sales experience in the EdTech industry. You'll work remotely and directly with the founder's office to drive sales, provide exceptional customer support, and convert leads into satisfied clients.
Note: This position requires working on weekends, with a weekday off.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Calls: Reach out to potential customers to introduce Artma's offerings.
Lead Conversion: Turn marketing-generated leads into sales.
Customer Support: Provide prompt assistance via phone, email, and chat.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries.
Customer Engagement: Understand the need to offer solutions and upsell.
CRM Management: Keep detailed records of interactions.
Feedback: Share customer insights with the founder's office.
Collaboration: Work with teams to improve strategies.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Tele sales and support, preferably in EdTech.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Communication: Excellent English and Hindi; regional languages a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
Sales & Support: Strong understanding of sales and customer service.
Artistic Insight: Knowledge of drawing and painting is an advantage.
Interpersonal: Ability to build relationships and handle concerns empathetically.
