Job Description for Admission Manager / Counsellor
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Admissions team at Lloyd Group of Institutions, Greater Noida.
You will be responsible for providing information and guidance to prospective
students, conducting admissions interviews, assisting with enrollment, and providing excellent
customer service to students and their families. The role also involves promoting the institution and its programs, coordinating with other departments, and assisting in organizing and participating in admission events and activities.
Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Sales experience
• Experience in the education field

Admission Counsellor : 2- 4 years
Admission manager - 5 - 8 years ( Should have prior experience in Team Handling)
Additional qualifications and skills that would be beneficial for the role include:
• Prior experience in Higher Education admissions processes and procedures with a reputed University / College
• Familiarity with educational programs and courses
• Ability to work well in a team
