Role & responsibilities
Job Description (JD):
The Desktop Support Engineers will be responsible for:
- Desktop/Laptop installation and troubleshooting hardware, OS, and applications.
- Resolving basic network issues and telephone connectivity problems.
- Handling printer and scanner troubleshooting.
- Providing support for CCTV cameras and biometric devices.
- Addressing other similar technical issues as required.

Degree - B Tech/EEE,ECE,Diploma(EEE,ECE),BCA
