Automation Engineer - Projects

Job Description:

An Automation engineer is responsible to perform maintenance, commissioning activities, troubleshooting of Process Control Valve systems, Flow meters, Hot water system control panels and sensors.

Position will report to Manager - Customer Excellence.

Deliverables:

• Analyze and determine the necessary repair /replace of the spares and equipment at site.
• Maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of Hot water & Heat Pump systems.
• Providing technical and maintenance training to customers about the product.
• Programming PLC using Siemens/Rockwell software, and modifying program as per requirement.
• Knowledge on PID, HMIs and Industrial communication protocols.
• Understanding of SLD, Control Wiring Drawings and troubleshoot of the systems.
• Knowledge about PLC Control Panel Testing and Manufacturing process.
• Prepare reports, technical Manual Preparations activities, proper hand Over of the system to Customer, get site acceptance reports signed.
• Knowledge of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Protocols standards.
• Weekly time sheet submission.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of Single/Three phase power.
• Knowledge about Control panels and Power panel and their wiring.
• Reading and understanding Electrical drawings.
