JOB OVERVIEW Manager Sales will be responsible for meeting advertiser, customer and agency acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for creating long term relationship with the advertisers/customers/agencies, maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and executing the same. DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES Generate targeted revenue through achieving assigned sales target in the given market coverage Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Identify new leads, meet and present them with your sales proposal. Ensure excellent client servicing to earn more business from the existing clients. Work with marketing team hand in hand to convert sales leads into clients. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status through market analysis. Prepare sales reports weekly sales report, sales projection report, monthly sales plan, etc. Plan and work on geographical scalability. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION / PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate EXPERIENCE 3-7 years of experience of Media / Advertising Sales in either of TV, Radio, OOH/Digital OOH or Print mediums. Must have experience in handling Government/ Retail/ Corporate clients and agencies. SKILLS ABILITIES Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching, people management and interpersonal Skill. Teamwork Accountability, Ability to handle workload to meet the sales target. Knowledge of Local languages . Strong understanding of the media planning process, media business strategy, advertising business development and ad sales. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Will need to travel to different geographical locations as needed by the role WORKING CONDITION Shift: Flexible Shift
