Relationship Manager - Loan against property (LAP)

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for affordable LAP loans through direct sourcing, referrals, and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct credit assessments and evaluate loan applications based on company policies and risk parameters.
• Guide customers through the loan application process, explaining terms, conditions, and repayment structures.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, risk, and operations, to ensure smooth processing of loans.
• Monitor and manage loan repayments, identifying potential delinquencies and taking proactive measures to mitigate risk.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with a Graduate or those who have completed Diploma,10th & 12th grade with relevant experience will also be considered.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, or lending, preferably in affordable loans
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as required.
