Key Responsibilities:

• Subject Instruction:
• Teach Social Studies subjects, focusing on Geography and History, to students of assigned grades.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Use creative teaching methods to make Geography and History engaging and relatable.
• Student Engagement:
• Foster an interactive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage critical thinking, research skills, and a love for learning about past and present events.
• Assessment and Feedback:
• Prepare and evaluate assignments, tests, and projects to assess student understanding and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and guide them in areas of improvement.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain discipline and ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Address the individual learning needs of students and provide additional support where needed.
• Parental Communication:
• Communicate student progress and challenges with parents during regular meetings.
• Provide suggestions for at-home activities to reinforce classroom learning.
• Professional Development:
• Participate in workshops, training programs, and school events to enhance teaching practices.
• Stay updated on current events and advancements in Geography and History education.

Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Geography and History concepts and teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
