Key Responsibilities:

• Student Engagement:
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Design and administer periodic tests and assignments to evaluate student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain discipline and ensure an orderly classroom conducive to learning.
• Address individual learning needs and provide additional support when necessary.
• Parental Communication:
• Communicate student progress and challenges to parents during meetings or through reports.
• Offer suggestions for at-home support to reinforce learning.
• Professional Development:
• Participate in teacher training sessions, workshops, and school events.
• Stay updated with the latest educational practices and tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
