Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) and PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) candidates to join our team. The role involves teaching all subjects as per the prescribed syllabus, managing classroom activities effectively, and contributing to the holistic development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Subject Teaching & Curriculum Development:
  
• Teach subjects as per the syllabus and maintain high academic standards.
• Develop and implement engaging instructional plans to meet developmental goals.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching techniques to accommodate students' needs.
• Classroom Management:
  
• Prepare lesson plans and materials.
• Manage the classroom environment effectively and maintain discipline.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and thriving learning environment for students.
• Student Progress & Assessment:
  
• Measure student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Evaluate assignments, grade papers, and prepare progress reports.
• Maintain attendance and other essential academic records.
• Communication & Collaboration:
  
• Exercise open and respectful communication with students, parents, and school staff.
• Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to enhance the learning experience.
• Behavioral Management:
  
• Manage student behavior in line with school policies and guidelines.
• Handle incidents and accidents responsibly, ensuring compliance with school regulations.
• Technology Integration:
  
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and digital boards effectively for teaching purposes.
• Incorporate technology in classroom activities to facilitate modern learning methods.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualifications:
  
• Postgraduate Degree (MA or M.Sc) with B.Ed or M.Ed.
• Strong academic achievements in the relevant field.
• Experience & Skills:
  
• Prior teaching experience and proven classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer and typing skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and the use of digital boards.
