HR Supervisor Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Conduct preliminary screening via phone or video calls to assess candidates before further evaluation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the selection of the right talent.
2. Compliance & Statutory Regulations:
Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws, including PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances, during the hiring process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance requirements.
3. Payroll & HR Operations:
Handle payroll software efficiently to manage salary processing, deductions, and statutory filings.
Support in managing employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
4. Employee Relations & Support:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other workplace concerns.
Address and resolve employee grievances in alignment with company policies.
5. HR Coordination & Process Management:
Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of HR functions.
Assist in performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 2-5 years in an HR generalist role, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations.
Education: MBA/PGDM (Any specialization) from a recognized institution.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in payroll management software.
Ability to coordinate effectively across teams and handle HR processes efficiently.
Experience in managing compliance and statutory regulations.
