Key skills for the job
Role & responsibilities
1. Develop Digital Marketing Strategy for the brand in India.
2. Plan and execute digital marketing activities: Communication Development, Creative Development, Campaign Management, Website Management, Social Media Management, SEO strategies, New Tools and Technology implementation etc.
3. Develop & execute detailed digital & social media marketing calendar.
4. Write, edit & review press releases, articles, blogs, emailer content etc.
5. Conceptualize marketing campaigns, design creatives & proof-read content for all marketing & communication materials.
6. Plan and innovate new marketing initiatives to improve brand awareness.
7. Monitor, track, analyse and report output of various initiatives & marketing campaigns.
8. Interact & engage with Internal Stakeholders, Creative Agency, Digital Agency, Vendor Partners etc.
9. Manage day to day operations including but not limited to PR, PO, GRN, Vendor Payments, Record Keeping, Budget Management, Provisions etc.
10. Travel required as per the need.
Preferred candidate profile
1. MBA Marketing / Mass Communication / Journalism from a reputed institute.
2. Excellent written and verbal English communication is a must.
3.. Experience in operating, managing, and delivering results in a marketing team, from a FMCD/FMCG/Automobile/B2C industry and have handled national level activities.
4. Energetic, collaborative, creative problem-solver, proactive, go getter, and flexible individual with ability to multitask, to exercise initiative, and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail.
5. Should have managed multiple agency teams and have hands-on experience in working with vendors across geographies.
6. Should be available for immediate joining.
