Experience :

• Overall Experience of 8-10 years
• Project Management Office experience of 7-8 years
• Experience of 4-5 years in OpenAir tool PMO and Admin
• Manage PMO team operations effectively by prioritizing tasks considering the available bandwidth.

Project Monitoring and Reporting

• Establish and monitor project level KPIs.
• Drives weekly project review meetings at regional level.
• Drive implementation of Risk management through OpenAir in Delivery project and programs.
• Review and monitor project change requests.
• Implement Customer Satisfaction Survey process and track it periodically with the Project Managers and Regional Heads.
• Train the Project Managers on tools, techniques, and methodologies from time to time.

PMO Tool Related :

• Monitoring Projects and Users creation in the OpenAir tool.
• Perform onboarding and offboarding of resources in OA and maintain accurate user level information in the system at all times.
• Coordinate for key resource staffing and booking with the Delivery Team.
• Project Bookings related assistance
• Work with Presales team to Resources Planning for the Pipeline Deals
• Create dashboards and present project metrics and performance information to Regional Heads and higher.
• Serve as a secondary admin in managing PSA tool.

PMO Processes :

• Prepare documentation, manuals, SOPs and how-to guides related to tools and processes.
• Continuously drive process improvements and recommend best practices for the project management.
• Focus on streamlining process and enhancements related to new or existing workflows and cadences.

Soft skills :

• Use effective communication methods and facilitate productive discussions at senior management level.
• Effectively adopt to organizational changes and train the user groups at large.
• Ability to understand the complexity of problems and drive solutioning by working with various leaders across professional services.
• Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders and communicate clearly and build strong relationships.
