Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Serve as a servant leader to the Scrum Team, facilitating collaboration, and helping the team become self-organized and cross-functional.

• Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring that these meetings are effective and productive.
• Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values, and help team members understand their roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework.
• Identify and remove obstacles or impediments that prevent the team from achieving its Sprint goals, coordinating with external stakeholders or other teams as necessary.

Lead the team and their deliverables ,help them to resolve dependencies.

Good to have technical knowledge to understand the teams deliverables, dependencies and solution.

• Own the Scrum process and ensure that the team follows Scrum guidelines and practices, enforcing timeboxing, promoting transparency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Encourage collaboration and communication within the team and between the team and stakeholders, fostering a culture of openness, trust, and transparency.
• Act as a buffer between the team and external distractions, allowing the team to focus on their work during the Sprint, and shield the team from external pressures and interruptions.
• Track and monitor relevant metrics such as Sprint velocity, burndown charts, and other key performance indicators, providing insights to the team and stakeholders to improve productivity and predictability.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging reflection on processes and practices during Sprint Retrospectives and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• • Resolve conflicts or disagreements within the team in a constructive manner, facilitating discussions and encouraging mutual understanding and respect among team members.

Critical Skills to Possess:

6-to 8 years of Scrum Master experience

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Good to have knowledge on Salesforce application and lead as Scrum Master for the Salesforce projects
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
