Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Creation of User Profiles, Roles, and Permission lists.

2. Refresh of environments, Integration Broker & Security of PeopleSoft application.

3. Experience in Upgrading the People Tools and Application Update.

4. Involve in code migrations (Project/data/SQR/Cobol etc).

5. Co-ordination in OS patching, configuration & troubleshooting

6. Troubleshooting various Application engine process failures, SQR failures in scheduler, error in people code and providing permanent resolution for the same.

7. Applying Application Updates, Fixes and Tools Patches. Upgrading People Tools through Change Assistant.

8. Maintenance of PeopleSoft Middleware (web servers, database servers, application servers, process scheduler, report servers, and file servers

9. Provide on-going PeopleSoft applications administration and databases services support.

10. Build, configure, secure and enhance PeopleSoft PIA and Middleware server environments.

11. Configure, upgrade, and support relational database management systems (Oracle RDBMS).

12. Design, develop, and maintain highly-available PeopleSoft application environments (load balancing and clustering methods.

13. Experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM, HCM and People Tools in a distributed multiplatform arrangement (Linux, Windows and Oracle).

14. Experience with Day to Day PeopleSoft Admin activities i.e., PS environment Health Checks, support users for any environment related issues etc.

Critical Skills to Possess:

1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator.

3. Strong expertise in administering PeopleSoft applications, including PeopleTools,

4. Ability to work independently without supervision,

5. PeopleCode, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and Process Scheduler.

6. Proficiency in Oracle databases and SQL scripting.

7. Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

8. Knowledge of system monitoring and management tools.

• Required Skills:

1. Building, configuring, upgrading, administrating PeopleSoft Servers in Linux environment.

2. Strong experienced with PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.60+, Application Designer, Data Mover, and Upgrade with Change Assistant and patch updates with PUM.

3. Strong technical skills to troubleshoot WebLogic (PIA), Tuxedo middleware, SSL certificate management.

4. Skilled in installation/setup and management of highly available application clustered environment.

5. Strong Linux shell scripting and SQL scripting automation desired.

6. Strong Oracle DBA skills supporting PeopleSoft with Oracle 19c desired.

7. Experience with Peoplesoft FSCM 9.2 and HCM 9.2

8. Experience with performance tuning

9. Experience with software implementations.

10. Experience creating process flow and logic diagrams.

11. Expertise with Oracle database

12. Excellent customer service skills
