Intern - Human Resource Operations

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern (Operations). The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR management, managing personnel files, and contributing to other HR-related tasks as needed.

This role requires six days work, where the 2nd and 4th Saturdays are holidays.

• Administer compensation and benefit plans.

• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc.

• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

• Assist in the implementation of human resource policies.

• Undertake tasks in performance management and MIS.

• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.

• Maintain employee records in electronic form.
