Role & responsibilities

As a key member of the Executive Management team, person will report to the Chairman & Managing Director and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. Person will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for finance, forecasting, strategic planning, legal, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing, fund raising through debt & equity.

Responsibilities:

1) Bringing Equity investment to the Company at appropriate level with valuation of the Company.

2) Knowing the Companys Projects & Business in depth to present & express the balance sheets & number in appropriate manner of markets.

3) Raising Debt Funds for Construction Finance & Term Loans.

4) Prepare investor profiling as per investing history and gather investment related

Market intelligence

5) Building & maintaining relationships with buy-side/sell-side institutions/investors/analysts through regular, targeted meetings and communicating feedback to the management

6) Enable high quality top management engagement with potential investor base.

7) Preparing of collateral such as quarterly/annual earnings press releases, operational updates, result presentations, and investor presentations

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA or CFA.
• 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in real estate development, property management, and/ or construction industry. Overall post qualification experience of 15+ years

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization. High level of Proficiency in English & Hindi
• Should be comfortable on Public Platforms and Media Interactions
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
