Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise during the sales process, ensuring that our clients receive tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. This role requires a deep understanding of AV solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both the sales team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable AV solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the pre-sales phase.
• Prepare detailed proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimates.
• Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses and other documentation required for the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical support role within the AV industry.
• Strong understanding of Audio-Visual solutions and products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
