JOB DETAILS CS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
2. Legal Documentation: Draft and maintain legal documents, such as board resolutions, annual reports, and filings with regulatory bodies.
3. Board Support: Organize board meetings minutes, Committee meetings
4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with corporate laws, listing regulations (for listed companies), and other statutory requirements.
5. Shareholder Communication: assist shareholder meetings, votes, and other investor-related communications.
6. Corporate Filings: Prepare and file documents with government agencies (e.g., Registrar of Companies, SEBI, etc.).
7. Secretarial Records: Maintain statutory books, registers, and records for the company
8. Banking work: Opening of Bank a/c, KYC and other related matters
