Job description
Position: Branch Head - Broking Business
Job Responsibilities:
Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop your team, investing in their skills and knowledge to inspire peak performance through regular interactions.
Goal Achievement: Ensure your team exceeds their targets by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance data, and incorporating client feedback.
Franchisee Development: Drive the growth and development of franchisees within your region.
Sales Team Management: Oversee the sales team, ensuring they perform efficiently and effectively in their roles.
Client Service: Service existing HNI and retail clients, as well as sub-brokers, by addressing their needs and inquiries. Provide direction to new clients and sub-brokers.
Lead Generation: Generate new leads through existing clients and build a robust client base.
Risk Management: Manage risk, handle queries, limits, and risk management for online clients.
Brand Promotion: Promote the Arihant brand in your region, creating and executing local marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Back Office Operations: Oversee all back office operations, including pay-in/pay-out of client securities and cash, account opening, branch accounting, and petty cash management.
Product Cross-Selling: Cross-sell all of Arihant's products to clients, including equity, depository services, mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, currency, commodities, and financial planning.
Training & Development: Ensure staff receives proper product training regularly to stay updated and proficient.
Recruitment & Succession Planning: Take accountability for recruitment and succession planning to ensure continuous support for your clients.
