Travel Consultant

Responsibilities:

• ➢ Expertise in Visa processing especially for US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Netherland, Italy and Scotland Countries.
• ➢ Generation of e-tickets or regenerating updated e-tickets due to airline schedule
• changes or voluntary change.
• ➢ Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and company guests
• ➢ Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues; assist
• employees with travel-related issues or concerns
• ➢ Research, negotiate, and secure rate with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels
• ➢ Act to ensure safe and efficient travel operations, in accordance with organizational
• policies and guidelines.
• ➢ Handling portals like Amadeus, Galilleo.
• ➢ Perform special projects and assignments as directed
• ➢ Ticket and visa consulting with different embassies and Shipping agents across globe.
• ➢ Coordinate Manpower with different project leads for site deputation and travel.

Candidate requirements:

• ➢ B.Com., B.Sc. or relevant degree
• ➢ Must have strong oral and written English communication skills; must be a good
• listener.
• ➢ Must be extremely well-organized, able to multitask and prioritize.
• ➢ Need a positive attitude, attention to detail, patience, and persistence.
• ➢ Must have experience and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
