Job Description:

Argentium is looking for an experienced and driven Technical Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will focus on selling self-drilling anchors and other rock support products to the construction and geotechnical sectors. A strong background in selling consumables to the construction industry is essential, with prior experience in geotechnical product sales being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Identify and cultivate opportunities for the sale of self-drilling anchors, rock support products, and related solutions in the construction industry.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and procurement teams in the construction and geotechnical sectors.
• Technical Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to clients, ensuring they understand product applications and benefits.
• Market Analysis: Research market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to strategize sales approaches.
• Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development and logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by maintaining a robust sales pipeline and closing deals efficiently.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years in sales within the construction industry, particularly selling consumables.
• Prior experience in geotechnical product sales is a significant advantage.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of self-drilling anchors, rock support systems, or similar products is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.
