Consultant - SAP BASIS

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP BASIS Resource with 4+ years of experience, SAP Netweaver Certified Technology Consultant preferred
• Experience should include Operations Support (AMS) & Project Work (Implementation/Migrations/Upgrades)
• Should have hands-on experience with (but not limited to) S/4 HANA, FIORI, MDG, PI/PO, ECC, BW, Portal, Solution Manager, LiveCache, OpenText, SAC, BTP, Ariba Standard and Ariba Cloud (BASIS Tasks only), Content Server, DMS, BO, Data Services, HANA, XSA, CPI, Cloud Connector etc. DB: HANA, Oracle, MaxDB. Good to have DB2 and MSSQL as well.
• Good Knowledge of SSL, SSO, Certificate Handling, FIORI Configuration, SAP Memory Management, STMS, Performance Tunning, Workload Analysis, System Refresh, System Copy, Client Refresh, Client Copy, and overall SAP Client management etc.
• Strong capabilities in the area of technical documentation.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for major incidents and implement permanent fix.
• Exposure to ITIL/ITSM processes, ITIL certification preferred.
• Ready to work in SLA driven environment.

Education:

• Required bachelors degree.
