Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and configure SAP Commerce Cloud solutions based on business needs.
- Ensure solutions align with best practices and industry standards.
- Lead the implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementation.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Commerce Cloud applications.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) implementations.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of programming languages and database management is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud architecture and functionalities.
- Business Acumen: Ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
