Job Description

  • Effectively partner with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Corporate Enterprise HR in order to provide the highest level of service to assigned managers and employees.
  • Directs and guides the implementation of the workforce strategy.
  • Defines business requirements and collaborates with the Specialty Areas to implement and monitor HR solutions.
  • Diagnose need for and broker specialized HR services from the Specialty Areas to deliver high quality solutions to business needs.
  • Supports the business with advice and counsel to ensure the integration of the HR strategy with the business strategy.
  • Consults with business leaders to diagnose current and future HR needs and develop a strategy for resolution.
  • Develops and leverages HR metrics to ensure quality, timely and consistent service delivery.
  • Ultimately responsible to the Business for workforce quality and performance of all services provided.
  • Provide leadership and program ownership on select organizational programs such as management training, career pathing, performance management, compensation management.
  • Keeps up to date on trends and legal developments, implementing the necessary actions to maintain compliance with the local Laws relative to employment practices.
  • Up-level organizational talent through proactive coaching in hiring and performance management.
  • Uphold organizational culture by addressing employee relations issues quickly and consistently.
  • Provide advice and direction to managers and employees to resolve HR problems and concerns.
  • Proactively work with managers to drive continual improvement across HR KPIs in each business area.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness in HR and business processes and implement solutions.
  • Work with the administration team to create processes and ensure that absences are covered to guarantee that a consistent service is delivered.
  • Promote the company culture within the business unit with the goal of improving relations with employees and attaining a high level of employee engagement.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts for assigned business units to fill entry level, professional, technical and management positions, which include sourcing candidates, interviewing to determine suitability for position, providing feedback to managers and candidates as to fit for position, extending offer to candidates and reviewing all new hire paperwork for accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience
• Must possess ability to work independently part of a team, collaborate with diverse personalities and talents and possess enthusiasm for the HR discipline.
• Ability to work in a highly confidential, fast paced, flexible and collaborative environment
• Minimally Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years HR Business Partner experience, experience in a global matrix environment preferred.
• Demonstrated success in creating an environment of trust with clients where integrity is unquestioned.
• Proven understanding of the role and functions of a human resource office within a corporate operations structure.
• Extensive experience building and leading large-scale structural and organizational design changes.
• Expertise in identifying and driving HR solutions which align to business strategy.
• Proven skill in the operation and utilization software such as Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel
