Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for people and a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, Learning and Development and performance management.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify qualified individuals.

Conduct background checks and reference checks.

Ensure the smooth onboarding for new joiners.

Arranging Employee Induction

Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Coordinating in the existing engagement activities and create new activities as well.

Learning & Development

Arranging & Coordinating trainings

Maintaining trainings records

Record Keeping and Compliance:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Ensure compliance with all state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.

Strong in English verbal and written communication

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

A positive and proactive attitude.
