Job Profile

• Develop financial strategies and long-term financial plans to support the power project's goals. • Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

• Prepare and manage the project's annual budget, ensuring it aligns with the project's objectives.

• Monitor budget performance and make adjustments as necessary.

• Identify and assess financial risks related to the power project and implement risk management strategies.

• Prepare and present financial reports to project stakeholders, board members, and external partners.

• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the project has adequate funds for its operations and expansion.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial laws specific to the power industry. • Work with legal and regulatory teams to address compliance issues.

• Implement cost control measures to optimize project expenses while maintaining operational efficiency.

• Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

• Mentor and develop financial staff.

• Coordinate financial audits and ensure that internal and external audits are conducted in a timely and accurate manner.

Candidate Profile

- Shall have Min. 4 years of Exp. In Financial management, Strategic planning, Risk management, Capital management, Investor relations, Financial analysis and Compliances

- CA/MBA or relevant in Finance with minimum 4 years of experience

- Good analytical ability and communication skills

- Position in work level: ME
