Area Sales Manager - MOD

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify key market segments and potential customers for elevator products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose suitable elevator solutions
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions and opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of elevator products, services, and industry trends
• Effectively communicate technical information to customers
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. engineering, installation, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing guidelines and ethical standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related
  field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the elevator industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a strong customer focus.
