Area Sales Manager - Trichy, Coimbatore & Rayagada/Jharsuguda

Position Overview:
The role is responsible for driving sales revenue and growth within the SANY Excavator & Motor Grader segment, focusing on target achievement, market share expansion, and building strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Management:

• Lead efforts to achieve annual, quarterly, and product-specific sales targets for SANY Excavators & Motor Graders, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

2. Strategic Target Achievement:

• Monitor and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed established performance metrics across all product lines.

3. Retail Marketing & Brand Building:

• Develop and implement innovative retail marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and strengthen market presence.

4. Partnership Development:

• Cultivate and deepen strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fostering collaborative efforts to enhance financing options, promote profitability, and increase sales potential.

5. Team Leadership:

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the dealer sales team in your respective territory, driving team performance and professional development.

6. Market Share Growth:

• Lead initiatives to capture and improve market share within the designated territory through effective sales execution and customer relationship management.

7. Market Analysis & Strategy Adjustment:

• Continuously monitor customer buying trends, competitive activity, and market conditions to refine sales strategies and remain agile in a dynamic environment.
