Job Description:

Safedecor Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the laminate industry, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the laminate industry and be responsible for driving sales growth and managing business operations in the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets in the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the region.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar role in the laminate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the sales process and regional market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the laminate industry.
