We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a sales orientation for the post of Area Sales Manager/ Unit Head to manage a team of 5-10 real estate advisors performing following tasks

Job Description :

- The role involves showcasing and advising clients to invest in various residential properties.

- Connect with the Hot Leads give by the company and network with Registered & New Clients

- Provide personalized service to the customers during Negotiation and close the deal

- Work closely with internal CRM team to ensure hassle free after sales service

- To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan

- Keep close watch on real estate market trends & Reports

- To prepare status report on the deals those which are under various stages of progress/negotiation using CRM/ERP

Job Requirements :

- High on energy and committed individual

- Master's degree in sales or related field
