Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution within a specific geographical territory. You will play a crucial role in team management and building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers, ensuring the availability of our products and achieving sales targets.
You will :
Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales activities and identify opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
Distribution Network Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Ensure timely and efficient distribution of products to the market.
- Monitor stock levels at retail outlets and ensure adequate inventory.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
- Provide training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with key customers and address their needs promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
