Responsibilities:
SalesPlanning and Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Create and execute sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
Team Management:
Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team.
Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the team.
Set clear performance expectations and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Field Work and Business Development:
Conduct extensive field visits to meet with clients and potential customers.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Negotiate deals and close sales.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
Qualification- Graduate in any faculty
Preferably MBA or PGDM - Sales & Marketing
Experience - At least 6 Years relevant experience
2 Years Experience in a similar position
Age - Candidate between 27 Years To 35 Years
