Job title: Regional Head - BBG Synergy

Role details-

Responsible for managing overall P&L of the region through a team of RMs. Should possess strong leadership skills and Effective Service orientation. Strong man management skills coupled with Wealth Management expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Ensure Book growth with Base Book enhancement along with new acquisitions
• Driving FD Growth on both Domestic and FCNR front
• Overall growth in products including Debt, equity, PMS, AIFs but excluding liquid funds
• Driving growth in Mutual Funds AUM book
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive sales productivity
• Managing the attrition percentage during the year
• Providing adequate skill development opportunities for employee growth certifications and trainings.
• Ensuring insurance persistency.
• Ensuring zero miss-selling incidents
