Area Collection Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for collection of outstanding dues from customers.
  
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely recovery of loans and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Develop strategies to improve collections efficiency, reduce delinquencies, and increase recoveries.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to loan disbursements, interest calculations, and other financial matters.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all aspects of collections management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in microfinance or NBFC sector with expertise in collections management.
  
• Strong understanding of team handling, leadership, and people management skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with customers over phone calls.
  

Proficiency in using technology-based tools for efficient data analysis and reporting.
