About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Sales Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient execution of business plans.

Reporting and Analysis:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the mobile industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
