Experience -  5 to 8 Year

Location - Indore & Chennai

Specific Accountabilities Responsibilities:

• Handling the team of TSOs ( Territory sales officers )
• Meeting sales targets by implementing POS activities and following up on promotional events.
• Implementing sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.
• Achieve the revenue and team development goals.
• Deploy and monitor pharmacy sales plans in assigned territory.
• Pharmacy detailing for brand reference and endorsement.
• Sales to key customers ( Retail Chains OTC GT  General trade )
• Pharmacy training pharmacists and assistants,Contracts deployment and negotiation
• Credit Policy compliance,Daily order taking (POB)
• Coordinate with the Product training Team to ensure marketing tools are provided to the trade to increase brand visibility and thereby achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate the execution of marketing promotional activities in the market place to derive maximum benefit out of such promotional initiatives.
