Position: CA Accounts Dy Manager/Manager

Location: Kolkata and Dankuni, Hooghly

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise in financial management, accounting, and compliance. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and auditing functions to ensure the companys financial health and statutory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, P&L accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable & receivable, reconciliations, and fund management.

2. Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings are done on time.
• Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Stay updated on financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, variance analysis, and financial forecasts.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize costs and improve profitability.

4. Process Improvement & Internal Controls

• Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and risk management strategies.
• Streamline accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and external auditors for financial matters.
• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 3-8 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation (post CA).
• Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet, Costing and Budgeting, GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
• Proficiency in Tally, SAP, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in team management is a plus.
