About the Role:

What You'll Do:
Lead Social Media Strategy & Engagement:
- Take charge of our social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring we engage, inspire, and grow our audience.
- Create captivating content-videos, infographics, posts-that align with our brand and connect with our followers.
- Continuously monitor performance and stay ahead of trends to ensure our content remains cutting-edge and effective.
Own Event Planning & Execution:
- Be the mastermind behind organising high-impact webinars, conferences, and internal events that elevate our brand and connect with our community.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to ensure every detail of the event is executed flawlessly.
- From pre-event buzz to post-event engagement, you'll manage it all and ensure measurable success.
Drive Creation of Marketing Collateral & Case Studies:
- Lead the creation of marketing materials that inspire and inform-brochures, presentations, whitepapers, and more.
- Craft case studies that showcase the powerful impact of our work, providing tangible evidence of our value to clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure all materials are on-brand, visually striking, and tell our story effectively.
Shape Our Digital Presence via Website Management:
- Oversee and enhance the content strategy of our website to ensure it's always fresh, engaging, and optimised for SEO.
- Work with web developers and designers to deliver updates and improvements that increase conversion rates and user engagement.
Champion Awards & Recognition Efforts:
- Research and lead submissions for relevant industry awards that highlight our innovation and achievements.
- Promote our success across various channels, including press releases, social media, and internal communications.
Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Marketing Team:
- Lead a talented team of marketers, ensuring they stay motivated, aligned with business objectives, and empowered to do their best work.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to support career development while fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Collaborate with Stakeholders Across the Business:
- Act as the central hub for internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with key business goals and initiatives.
- Build relationships with media contacts, vendors, and industry leaders to expand our network and influence.
Develop Strategic Marketing Plans that Drive Growth:
- Take a data-driven approach to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our long-term goals and deliver measurable results.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights, adapting strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 8-12 years in marketing, communications, or related fields, with proven expertise in social media management, event planning, content creation, and website management.
- Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating teams and driving collaboration across departments.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills-able to craft compelling content and deliver messages with clarity and impact.
- Strategic Vision: A forward-thinking, big-picture mentality with the ability to execute on a detailed level.
You're adept at analyzing data and adjusting strategies to meet changing business needs.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with marketing software, analytics tools, and the latest social media platforms.
- Education: A bachelor's or MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
