We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill Customization Architect with over 12 years of experience in solution design, customization, and functionalities within the Windchill ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of Windchill-based solutions to meet business requirements.

- Customize and enhance Windchill functionalities, including workflows, objects, and user interfaces.

- Analyze and understand client requirements to create scalable and efficient technical solutions.

- Develop and implement Windchill customization using Java, JSP, XML, and related technologies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system specifications and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout project lifecycles.

- Perform system integration, testing, and deployment of Windchill customizations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Windchill implementation and customization.

- Document solutions, configurations, and best practices for future reference.

- Stay updated with the latest Windchill features, enhancements, and industry trends.

Must-Have Skills :

- 2+ years of strong experience in Windchill solution design and architecture.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill customization and development.

- Proficiency in Java, JSP, XML, and other technologies relevant to Windchill customization.

- Deep understanding of Windchill functionalities, workflows, and modules.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Desired Skills :

- Knowledge of PLM processes and integration with other enterprise systems.

- Experience with Agile methodologies for project delivery.

- Familiarity with CAD data management within Windchill.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 12+ years of total experience, with a significant focus on Windchill customization and solution design.
