PLM Specialist - Teamcentre (8-14 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced PLM Specialist with a strong focus on Teamcenter to lead and execute large-scale migration projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing Teamcenter migration strategies, ensuring seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Teamcenter migration projects, including data mapping, transformation, and loading processes.

- Develop migration plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from legacy systems or previous Teamcenter versions into the target environment.

- Utilize Teamcenter ITK, Migration Toolkit, and other integration platforms to ensure a smooth migration process.

- Conduct Teamcenter upgrades, integrations, and customizations as required.

- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks post-migration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PLM strategies with business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and industry regulations.

- Provide technical guidance and support for troubleshooting migration issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 8 years of experience in PLM, with a strong focus on Teamcenter.

- Proven expertise in Teamcenter migration tools and techniques (Teamcenter ITK, Migration Toolkit, and other integration platforms).

- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, data structures, and workflows.

- Experience with database migration, SQL, and data modeling.

- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter upgrades, integrations, and customizations.

- Familiarity with other PLM systems (Windchill, SAP, PTC) is a plus.

- Ability to design and execute large-scale Teamcenter migrations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in cloud-based PLM solutions.

- Certification in Teamcenter or related PLM tools.

- Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (Python, Shell, etc.).
