Test Automation Engineer

Experience : 8-10 Years

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test automation suites using Python and Robot Framework.

- Develop and maintain robust and maintainable test automation frameworks.

- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

- Analyze test results, identify and report defects, and track them to resolution.

- Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and identify areas for automation.

- Collaborate with other QA team members to ensure effective test coverage.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to release.

- Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.

- Mentor junior test automation engineers.

Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years of experience in test automation.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming and the Robot Framework.

- Experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.

- Experience with SQL and databases.

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured) is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Selenium + Python Robot with experience in SQLs
