Salesforce Test Analyst - Copado/Robot Framework (5-10 yrs)

Position : Salesforce Test Analyst with Copado Robotic Testing

Location : Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Mumbai/Noida/Gurugram

Notice : Immediate to 30 days

Responsibilities :

- Extensive experience and proficiency with Salesforce configuration and development.

- Admin and Developer I certifications recommended.

- Familiarity with testing Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.

- Copado Robotic Testing Certification.

- Experience in designing and implementing data-driven, keyword-driven, or hybrid automation frameworks.

- Python experience is a plus.

- Experience with Postman is a plus.

- Experience working with databases, being able to understand and work with complex data structures and create complex queries using SOQL.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency with tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket for automation pipeline integration.

- Hands-on experience in scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and the ability to write reusable automation functions.

- Ability to manage concurrent tasks effectively within Agile frameworks.

- Awareness of AI-driven solutions in testing to improve productivity.

- Analyze business needs and develop automation test scripts

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across Opcos.

- Contribute to productivity improvements by effectively applying automated testing solutions.

- Stay updated on advancements in testing technologies and methodologies to introduce innovative

practices.

- Support the prioritization and maintenance of the testing backlog to reflect customer and enterprise

requirements.

- Deliver results in fast-paced Agile environments with a strong focus on detail and quality assurance
