Contract Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Create, prepare and review initial drafts of all client contracts.
• Meet with internal counsel and customers to reach an understanding and agreement on important legal and commercial terms.
• Ensure firm's contracts are well organized and maintained.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and devising plans to implement the changes
• Provide guidance and advice to different teams relating to contract terms
• Build and maintain relationships, along with internal and external stakeholder management
• Collaborate and present to senior stakeholders
• Assist the team with special projects, such as assisting sales team with contract processes, researching contract software etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6-11 years of experience in contract, legal or related work preferably in the field of finance, technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A passion for learning and an interest in financial services and/or financial technology.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a very dynamic environment and meet tight timelines.
