Job Description
- Oversee Global Hardware IT Asset Management of end-user devices.
- Manage the IT Asset lifecycle from procurement to recycling.
- Ensure accurate reporting and data validation of IT Assets.
- Handle vendor and contract management.
- Manage budgets related to IT Assets.
- Ensure audit readiness of the Global IT Asset Management processes.
We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes then you could be the person we are looking for:
- Bachelor s or master s degree in a relevant field along with a minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management of end-user devices.
- Good knowledge on end-to-end lifecycle management of IT Assets from procurement to recycling.
- 2+ years of experience in IT System/Service Management and Experience working on Service Now.
- Strong communication abilities are essential, as the product team needs to interact with stakeholders worldwide, including those from different affiliates and varying organizational and technical backgrounds.
- Proficient in ITIL processes, with experience in managing vendor contracts, handling procurement procedures, and working within an Agile framework.
- Skilled in Excel queries and database management, with experience in auditing IT assets and managing budgets.
- Capable of leading global meetings across various regions and training local IT asset managers. Demonstrates effectiveness in managing international IT operations and possesses a strong business acumen to drive results across different business functions.
