Talent Development- Intern

Role & responsibilities

As an intern with Talent Development, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on understanding of L&D in Arcesium, with a special focus on executing the training lifecycle for classroom training programs and digital learning, LMS support and administration, branding TD programs & initiatives, and Data Reporting & Analysis.

Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a bachelors or master’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field. We are looking for individuals with:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A creative mind
• A detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with learning management systems or content authoring tools is a plus.
• A passion for learning and professional development, with a proactive attitude towards acquiring new knowledge and skills.
