We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Executive to manage our HR, payroll, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll processing, PF and ESI submissions, government tender search and submission, and other administrative duties. Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
Assist managers in conducting performance reviews and setting employee development plans.
Policy Development & Compliance:
Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Administrative Oversight:
Manage HR-related administrative tasks, including employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
Ensure efficient office management and support services.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare HR metrics and reports for management review.
Analyze employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Culture & Engagement:
Promote a positive company culture through employee engagement initiatives and events.
